class=\"tw-data-text tw-ta tw-text-small\" dir=\"ltr\"><strong><span lang=\"en\">For me, breakfast is very important because I noticed that if I hurry and do not spare time to eat breakfast, I will bombard my body with a lot more unnecessary calories for the rest of the day. <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-ta tw-text-small\" dir=\"ltr\"><strong><span lang=\"en\">It is a proven fact that people who do not have breakfast eat a lot more unnecessary food during their day than those who regularly take care of their daily start with something healthy and nutritious. <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-ta tw-text-small\" dir=\"ltr\"><strong><span lang=\"en\">In many cases, I have left out the breakfast meals, relying on \"I have no time\" or \"I was late, so I ran for hours\", and then in the nearby bakery I picked up the quick carbohydrate source with a white flour cocoa snail or a \"full plum plum\". <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-ta tw-text-small\" dir=\"ltr\"><strong><span lang=\"en\">In a couple of hours my body shouted again for another dose of fast-absorbing carbohydrates, followed by a little dessert ... ... The many years of unhealthy meals on the wrong agenda were the result ... .It is never too late to change it !! My lifestyle change my first and foremost was to change my morning habits and now I want to share them with you. <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-ta tw-text-small\" dir=\"ltr\"><strong><span lang=\"en\">I'm a big oatmeal fan, which means I love cookies, fruit mixes, everything I usually have for breakfast. They asked me if I was not ... ... my answer was not. In the oatmeal it is good to be able to expand to my mind, with finer seeds, dried fruit, with anything to change, and nutrition and the whole morning.
